By accessing or using Studio Imperion's website, services, or ordering process, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Studio Imperion provides brand design services, including logo design, email signature design, and related creative work. Services may be arranged directly through this website or through third-party marketplaces (such as Fiverr). Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the time of ordering.
Payment
Direct online payment through this website is not currently available. Orders are arranged through other channels or by direct agreement, and payment terms are confirmed with you before work begins. This section will be updated once online payment is enabled on this site.
Refunds & Revisions
Refund and revision requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with any part of your order, contact us directly and we'll work with you toward a fair resolution.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered files (such as your logo or signature design) transfers to you. We may display completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Studio Imperion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, project details, and any images or files you upload as part of an order. We do not currently collect payment information directly, since online payments are not yet enabled on this site.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to communicate with you, complete your order, and deliver your finished files. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage and Security
Files and information you provide are stored using reputable third-party hosting and website infrastructure providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Third Party Services
We use website hosting and infrastructure providers to build and operate this site and to store submitted files. If online payment processing is added in the future, this policy will be updated to name the processor used.
Client Images & File Retention
If you submit a logo, photo, or other image as part of an order (for example, for a logo or email signature project), we host that file so it displays correctly in your delivered work and doesn't break or disappear after delivery. We keep submitted files accessible for up to 1 year from your delivery date. After that period, we may remove them at our discretion, and you are responsible for keeping your own copy of the final files. We do not guarantee permanent hosting of client-submitted images beyond this period.
